Employment Model \- Independent Contractor (PJ) Compensation: Fixed: BRL 20\.000,00 \+ Variable tied to performance and results ️ Must reside in Maceió/Alagoas This professional will be responsible for: * Ensuring accurate monthly cost closings * Proactively and reactively addressing productivity and budget deviations * Protecting margin, cash flow, and overall operational results Experience Profile (Mandatory) * We seek a professional who: * Has worked at high-revenue companies * Possesses solid experience in governance, robust planning, and simultaneous management of multiple contracts * Is capable of importing best practices and benchmarks from mature organizations into a company undergoing consolidation. ️ Key Responsibilities * Planning \& Control * Implement centralized planning methodology: * S-Curve * Physical-Financial Schedule * Procurement Schedule * Last Planner * Ensure adherence to unit and overall project costs Engineering Team Management * Develop, hold accountable, and support resident engineers * Ensure fulfillment of the contracted scope * Serve as technical and decision-making support Contractual Management, Claims, and Disputes * Identify contractual risks and opportunities * Structure technical and financial claims * Convert project variations into revenue addenda * Safeguard the economic-financial balance of contracts Executive Reporting * Weekly presentations to senior management: * Income Statement (DRE) per project * Schedule analysis * Risks and deviations * Corrective actions Technical Requirements (Hard Skills) * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Specialization in: * Project Management * Cost Engineering * Business Administration (desirable) * Extensive experience in contractual management Proficiency in: * MS Project and/or Primavera * ERP for construction project management
