Collaborative teamwork with commercial and pedagogical departments **Scheduling Operator** UNIBE Pre\-Military is hiring a **Scheduling Operator** for on\-site work in **Maceió \- AL**. We seek a communicative, organized, and results\-oriented professional to manage candidate and guardian relationships, conduct scheduling activities, and contribute to the new student enrollment process. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct telephone and WhatsApp outreach to candidates and guardians; * Schedule institutional presentations, visits, and interviews; * Confirm attendance for scheduled appointments and follow up on all contacts made; * Update candidate information in the system and control spreadsheets; * Clarify inquiries regarding courses and the enrollment process; * Monitor scheduling, attendance, and conversion metrics; * Implement recovery actions for candidates who missed presentations; * Collaborate closely with commercial and pedagogical departments to ensure excellent service delivery; * Contribute to achieving the unit’s enrollment targets. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Preferably currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Aptitude for customer service and negotiation; * Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, collections, sales, or scheduling will be considered an advantage; * Availability for on\-site work in **Maceió \- AL**. **Additional Information** * On\-site work in Maceió \- AL; * Weekly working hours: 44, Monday through Saturday; * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * Transportation allowance; * Performance\-based bonus; * Career development plan; * Professional training and development opportunities. **Work Location** Maceió \- AL.
