We are looking for an organized, communicative, and quality-focused **Receptionist** to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person reception with welcoming and high-quality interaction with patients. * Monitor and organize waiting lines to ensure smooth service flow. * Accurately register patients in the system. * Process exam and procedure authorizations with health insurance providers. * Schedule and reschedule exams. * Confirm scheduled patients according to the unit's protocol. * Issue invoices based on services rendered. * Verify pre-billed forms to ensure information accuracy. * Ensure timely distribution and organization of pre-procedure questionnaires, per unit routine. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in healthcare. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite and systems). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and ability to manage administrative routines. * Discretion and professional ethics. * Empathy and welcoming attitude. * Proactivity and teamwork orientation.
