Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers. Procure inputs, products, and materials required for operations. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers. Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and negotiated terms. Analyze costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses. Control minimum inventory levels and support material replenishment planning. Evaluate supplier performance regarding delivery timeliness, quality, and pricing. Issue and track purchase orders in the system. Support the organization of contracts and supplier documentation.
