Organize national and international travel (documentation, reservations, currency exchange, and full logistics). Prepare expense reports and track reimbursements. Monitor pending tasks, requests, and priorities of the Executive Board. Serve as liaison with all departments within the company, ensuring efficient information flow. Answer and route calls for the Executive Board. Draft announcements, memoranda, reports, and presentations.
