Job Summary: This professional will assist in managing operational processes, monitoring work routines, and contributing to the effectiveness of the department’s daily activities. Key Highlights: 1. Support to the manager in defining procedures and actions. * Monitor and control work routines of companies and organizations, assisting in managing operational processes and interfacing with other company departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide administrative support and monitoring, contributing to the overall effectiveness of daily activities across all departmental processes, utilizing Office Suite applications and monitoring systems, and meeting sector-related demands. * Monitor internal and external processes, verifying deadlines established for initiated processes. * Organize and maintain internal control, requesting and tracking the progress of requests, classifying them, and supporting related organizational activities. * Support the manager on matters within their area, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to contribute to future definitions of procedures and actions to be adopted. * Collect, organize, and enter data into information systems or spreadsheets for indicator monitoring. * Provide administrative support to team members. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Experience in the field * Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite * Experience with Agile Methodologies **Additional Information** * Number of vacancies: 01 * Indefinite term * Work location: Casa da Indústria * Selection process stages: screening, Portuguese language test, group dynamics, interviews.
