The Baker will play an essential role in supervising bakery operations, ensuring products are prepared with excellence, according to established standards and within appropriate timelines to meet resort operational needs. We are looking for someone with completed high school education, a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Baker or in similar roles, ability to lead teams, and adaptability to a dynamic environment. Attention to detail, organizational sense, and availability to work rotating shifts and holidays are also important. **What challenge will you face here?** The main challenge will be ensuring quality, standardization, and production efficiency across all bakery processes — from raw material control to final product delivery.
