




We are looking for a Jr Support Technician to join our team at AEC Contact Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing basic-level technical support to internal and external users, ensuring the functionality and security of the company's operating systems and networks. You should have knowledge of the Windows operating system and related tools, such as Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, and Proxy, as well as a technical degree in computer science or a completed or ongoing higher education in the field. Basic knowledge of computer networks and information security is essential for this role. Additionally, basic knowledge of hardware and software is required to identify and resolve technical issues. The candidate must demonstrate logical reasoning and be proactive in identifying and solving problems. Teamwork skills are fundamental, as you will collaborate with other members of the support team and internal departments to ensure an efficient and secure working environment. We are looking for someone who not only solves problems but also contributes to the continuous improvement of technical support processes.
