44 hours (m/w/d) Campo Alegre Brazil Kariny Leao HR Manager Opportunity for Occupational Nurse to work in Campo Alegre (SC). What you'll do * Provide outpatient care to employees and third parties; * Manage medications, medical certificates, materials, and occupational exams (admission, periodic, dismissal, and return-to-work); * Support occupational health initiatives, preventive campaigns, SIPAT, and wellness programs; * Develop and lead health and wellness programs in accordance with NR 1, promoting educational and preventive actions; * Participate in accident investigations, CAT issuance, and monitoring of absent employees; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (NR-7, NR-32, among others) and control of health indicators; * Conduct workplace inspections to identify health risks, propose improvements, and carry out other job-related activities in line with the company's established standards for quality, health, safety, environment, and energy efficiency. What we are looking for * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (COREN registration required); * Completed specialization in Occupational Nursing; * Experience in Occupational Nursing; * Intermediate-level Office software skills; * Knowledge of Sênior system is a plus; * Availability to work the second shift (2:08 PM to 11:15 PM), Monday through Friday.
