Position: Maintenance Assistant – Water Filters and Purifiers (Via Filtros) Starting salary: R$ 2,320.00 Planned promotion between 3 and 5 months: Maintenance Technician – R$ 2,750.00 Benefits: * Meal allowance: R$ 500.00 * Transportation allowance: R$ 260.00 Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Location: Campinas and surrounding region About the position We are seeking a motivated, committed, and professional individual eager to learn and perform installations and maintenance of water filters, purifiers, central filters, and related systems for high-end residential, commercial, and condominium clients. Your daily responsibilities As a Maintenance Assistant, your duties will include: Installing water purifiers, central filters, and filtration systems. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Replacing filter elements and performing cleaning according to Via Filtros standards. Performing basic hydraulic adjustments (threads, fittings, piping). Conducting minor electrical repairs (connections, outlets, basic functionality). Using tools and organizing work materials. Providing courteous and attentive service at clients’ homes. Completing reports and documentation after each service. Sorting and organizing filter materials and tools. Mandatory requirements ✔ Driver’s license (Class B) ✔ Basic knowledge of hydraulics and electricity ✔ Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility ✔ Willingness to learn and adhere to technical standards Highly valued advantages ⭐ Prior experience with water filters or purifiers ⭐ Experience in construction, renovations, or building maintenance ⭐ Ability to perform minor tasks such as: Preparing mortar/cement Running piping Making fittings and finishing touches ⭐ Practical experience with hand tools and basic electrical work These advantages significantly facilitate learning and advancement to Technician level.
