Job Summary: Work on the development and enhancement of offshore clearing and custody platforms, integrating new financial products and collaborating with various teams. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation and dissemination of agile development methodologies **About the Team:** The team is responsible for the offshore clearing and custody platform, focusing on investment products. We work on developing operational enhancements and incorporating new financial products into the system. For this, we use Java and AWS resources. Our group interacts directly with BackOffice and FrontOffice users to understand new business requirements and how to add value to the bank’s core business. On a day-to-day basis: * Understand internal customer needs, analyze requirements, estimate effort, define valuable deliverables, and develop and/or configure the existing system * Interface with banks, suppliers, agents, and international regulators (focus on the Americas and the US) * Implement and promote agile software development practices * Collaborate with other IT and business teams across all BTG Pactual Group locations * Propose and discuss new solutions and technologies, supporting the definition of system integrations using message queues, APIs, AWS resources, and contracted systems * Assist in optimizing cloud computing resources and costs **What We Expect From You:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields * Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, abstraction concepts, design patterns, best practices, and code quality * Good communication skills, ability to work in teams, and capacity to learn new languages and technologies * Advanced knowledge of Java 8 or higher (desirable) * Knowledge of agile methodology * Intermediate English (advanced English is a plus) * Solid experience with messaging services * Experience with Cloud and Microservices (AWS is a plus: EC2, S3, CloudFormation, SNS, SQS, EKS) * Availability to work in a hybrid model in the Faria Lima/SP region Benefits * CLT employment contract salary. * Own Profit Sharing Plan (PLR). * Banking Profit Sharing Plan (PLR). * Food Allowance and Meal Voucher. * Health and Dental Insurance. * Daycare Assistance. * Transportation Voucher. * Gympass. * Optional plans such as Private Pension and Life Insurance. * Personal Support Program.
