We are seeking a **GMO / CMO / Change Management Consultant** to work on an **international SAP project**, supporting global operations, supply chain, and multinational governance processes. The professional will be responsible for: * Conducting organizational impact analyses and structuring communication plans. * Supporting leaders and teams in adapting to new processes and systems. * Organizing the development of training materials and monitoring SAP adoption progress. * Monitoring engagement metrics and proposing corrective actions. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a **GMO Consultant** (minimum 3–5 years). * Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). * Experience in **SAP implementations, rollouts, or enhancements** is a plus. * Ability to collaborate with international teams. * **Advanced/Fluent English** – daily communication with global teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with GMO + GTS integration, S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, IBP, or TM. * SAP certifications. * Prior involvement in international projects. * Intermediate or advanced Spanish. **Soft Skills (Highly Valued)** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple cultures. * Process-oriented mindset and commitment to delivery quality.
