Job Summary: This professional will support construction projects by monitoring services, planning execution, conducting technical surveys, calculating quantities, and preparing reports—working both on-site and in the office. Analysis of measurements, contracts, and schedules * Support construction projects by monitoring service progress, analyzing measurements, contracts, schedules, and compliance with planned phases; * Assist in planning project execution together with leadership, support departments, and technical teams, in accordance with executive designs, specifications, and company guidelines; * Conduct technical and production surveys on-site, including quantity control, machine hours, crew hours, executed volumes, and other performance indicators; * Support and monitor teams during topographic and technical surveys conducted both on-site and at the construction office; * Perform quantity calculations based on designs, drawings, and field-collected data for measurement preparation; * Measure completed works, verifying against designs and contracts, identifying potential deviations or non-conformities; * Conduct frequent site visits to collect data and monitor completed and pending services; * Enter and consolidate information into technical systems, spreadsheets, and engineering controls; * Support preparation of monthly measurements and physical and productivity progress reports; * Alert site leadership to possible deviations in quantities, costs, or deadlines; * + Prepare technical reports containing information on service progress, productivity, stoppages, and incidents, supporting decision-making **REQUIREMENTS** Technical education; basic knowledge of reading and interpreting designs; * Interest in field and office-based work on construction sites; * Basic Excel knowledge; * Organization, attention to detail, and analytical mindset. * Preferred qualifications: Prior experience on construction sites, internships, or engineering firms; * Knowledge of measurements, quantity take-offs, or surveying; * Experience with public works or infrastructure projects. * Education: Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or related fields, or recently graduated; Work location: East Zone of São Paulo (projects in Itaquera, AE Carvalho, Sapopemba, and São Miguel) ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher (Flexible), Transportation Voucher, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Operations
