We believe in the power of intrapreneurship—that is, every person is invited to bring their knowledge, purpose, and unique approach to make a difference in day-to-day operations. **What do we expect from the Kitchen Assistant?** * Completion of elementary education. * No experience required **What are the routine responsibilities of the Kitchen Assistant?** * Assist in ingredient preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning of food items; * Perform simple culinary tasks—such as preparing salads, grilling meats, chopping vegetables, seasoning foods, etc.—under supervision; * Plate dishes and preparations according to instructions from the chef or responsible cook; * Support guest service; * Operate kitchen equipment—including blenders, food processors, ovens, stoves, etc.—following safety instructions; * Wash utensils, equipment, and work surfaces; * Keep the work area clean and organized; * Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring products are correctly labeled and stored; * Follow food safety and hygiene procedures to ensure quality and safety of prepared food; * Support other kitchen-related activities as needed; * Identify situations that may cause negative environmental impacts and report them to the environmental team; * Participate in sustainability and environmental practice training; * Follow guidelines for proper waste disposal, reuse, and recycling; * Comply with and report instructions during environmental emergencies. **What do we offer the Kitchen Assistant?** In addition to remuneration, you’ll find a relaxed environment, a diverse team, outstanding results, and numerous opportunities to learn and grow.
