This role will operate both **strategically** and **operationally**, ensuring the company **attracts**, **develops**, and **retains** top professionals while **promoting alignment** between individual employee development and organizational goals. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the full Recruitment and Selection cycle—from resume screening through interviews, assessments, and onboarding—ensuring hires align with company culture and business needs; * Implement and manage internal recruitment programs, promoting growth opportunities and internal mobility for employees; * Maintain up-to-date and well-organized recruitment tools and platforms, ensuring agility and accuracy in selection processes; * Ensure implementation and follow-up of the **probationary period evaluation** for all new employees, aligning feedback and validation with leadership; * Coordinate and ensure execution of **Performance Evaluation cycles**, supporting leaders in using evaluation tools, consolidating results, and developing action plans; * Design, lead, and monitor leadership development programs, performance evaluations, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs); * Implement employee engagement and organizational climate improvement initiatives—including climate surveys, data analysis, and proposals for strategic actions; * Participate in the design and execution of talent management programs, career paths, and succession planning—contributing to the growth and retention of key employees; * Lead **onboarding and integration initiatives** for new employees, ensuring proper orientation to company processes, culture, and practices; * Conduct **exit interviews**, consolidating insights and metrics to support continuous improvement plans; * Analyze and generate reports on DHO metrics (Recruitment, Engagement, Training, Retention, etc.), presenting diagnostics and recommendations; * Act as an intermediary between employees and leadership, promoting effective communication, supporting departments, and reinforcing organizational culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Familiarity with behavioral assessment tools, competency-based interviews, and people development methodologies; * Ability to manage multiple concurrent selection processes and development projects; * Capacity to generate and interpret R&S and DHO metrics, proposing improvements based on results; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR management practices; * Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, and strategic vision; * Proactivity, organization, and a results-driven mindset. **Additional Information** **What We Offer You:** **Healthcare:** Medical and dental insurance; **Meal allowance:** Benefits card; **Mobility:** Transportation allowance; Opportunities for professional learning and development; A dynamic and collaborative work environment; Opportunities for career advancement within the company.
