Its expertise in managing complex products and integrating closely with customers delivers competitive advantage. ### **What you'll do** Your responsibilities. * Responsible for identifying quality issues and potential quality issues at the customer site, * Provide on-site support and service to the customer; * Prepare quality reports upon suspicion or confirmation of quality issues; * Establish key contacts within the customer (OEM) to proactively identify possible quality issues; * Perform selection of parts suspected of defects; * Request third-party labor services for inspections, selections, and rework as needed (when demand exceeds your capacity); * Comply with Motherson’s and the respective customer’s Safety and Quality requirements. ### **What we offer** What we offer. * Unimed Health Plan / Telemedicine; * Dental Plan; * Attendance Bonus \- Sodexo Meal Voucher; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR); * Pharmacy discount program; * Transportation; * Subsidized on-site meals with company cafeteria. ### **What we are looking for** Your profile. * Completed High School education; * Technical Qualification in Quality; * Knowledge of technical document reading (standards and catalogs); * Experience in the quality field; * Prior experience as a resident quality professional at an OEM is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Willingness to work as a resident at John Deere; * Position located in Catalão, Goiás.
