Description
**GENERAL DESCRIPTION:**
* Control and monitor the entry and exit flow of employees, service providers, suppliers, visitors, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures;
* Provide in-person service, delivering information, guidance, and clarifications courteously and effectively;
* Support supervision and preservation of institutional assets, contributing to safety, organization, and maintenance of internal and external environments;
* Identify, record, and report incidents, anomalies, or risk situations to the responsible supervisor, ensuring prompt action;
* Verify access authorizations, documents, and movements according to established internal protocols;
* Assist in directing visitors and employees, promoting organized and efficient service;
* Ensure adherence to the institution's internal safety, conduct, and access control regulations.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Completed high school education;
* Experience or knowledge in front-desk operations, access control, reception, and/or asset security;
* Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication;
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, professional demeanor, and sense of responsibility;
* Basic computer literacy is considered an advantage;
* Availability to work on rotating shifts, as required by the department.
