Collaboration in various operational activities The restaurant seeks a Kitchen Assistant professional in Campina Grande. **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients. Collaborate with chefs in plating dishes and organizing the production line. Clean and disinfect kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces. Assist in receiving, storing, arranging goods, and managing inventory. Select and prepare necessary materials before starting work. Strictly comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. Contribute to general kitchen cleaning at the end of the shift. Provide support for other operational activities as directed by supervision.
