Job Summary: Responsible for instructing adolescents and young people in vocational training, promoting critical thinking, autonomy, and personal development. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on the professional and personal development of young people Responsible for instructing adolescents and young people in a vocational learning context, delivering content related to their respective training areas to stimulate critical thinking, responsibility, autonomy, and readiness for the world of work. Responsible for a cohort of apprentice youth, fostering their learning, professional development, and personal growth. Requirements: Completed higher education or technical degree, preferably in Administration, Teaching, Pedagogy, or Letters; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Schedule: 44 hours/week, Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM\.
