Job Summary: A professional responsible for reading and maintaining water meters, inspecting connections, assisting users, and operating service vehicles. Key Highlights: 1. Direct user assistance and provision of service-related information 2. Performing simple maintenance tasks and monitoring for irregularities 3. Operating service vehicles and maintaining equipment Responsibilities: Read and re-read water meters, inspect connections, and perform water cutoffs and reconnections (as applicable per location); Identify and report fraud, leaks, and irregularities in water and sewage connections; Update customer records, deliver bills, informational materials, and notifications; Assist users, provide service-related information, and support customer satisfaction surveys; Perform simple maintenance tasks, such as replacing water meters, standardizing meter pedestals, and conducting repairs (excluding Manaus); Safely operate service vehicles and maintain work equipment; Comply with quality, environmental, and occupational safety standards.
