Would you like to join the **company with the most comprehensive agribusiness ecosystem in Brazil**? **Then grow with us!** \#join3tentos **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead organizational architecture, ensuring consistency in the design, review, and evolution of positions, structures, and organizational levels; * Manage the executive governance and compensation agenda, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, market practices, and the context of a publicly traded company; * Lead strategic commercial variable compensation projects, supporting the design, review, and management of incentive models aligned with business strategies; * Manage ILP and ICP programs, ensuring governance, performance monitoring, alignment with corporate guidelines, and adherence to the company’s strategic objectives; * Manage internal mobility processes, ensuring equity, organizational coherence, and governance in decision-making; * Lead and develop the team, promoting technical growth, alignment with business priorities, and high-performance delivery; * Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decisions related to organizational structure, total rewards, and organizational design. **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid experience in compensation, including organizational architecture, position management, and governance; * Consistent experience in variable compensation, preferably commercial and executive (ILP/ICP); * Experience in internal mobility, organizational design, and competency-based management; * Experience in publicly traded companies and/or large-scale organizations; * Willingness to work onsite in Ijuí/RS. **Additional information** * Meal or food allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Statewide Unimed health plan; * Life insurance; * Annual PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Discount partnership program with educational institutions.
