Application of maintenance experience to deliver durable solutions **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Work in the company's Research and Development area, focusing on innovation; perform validation, try-outs, field tests, and adjustments on deliverables, focusing on integrating mechatronic systems into high-complexity projects while ensuring efficiency and reliability. Support the development engineering team with a multidisciplinary perspective and the ability to anticipate integration issues between mechanical and electrical components. Apply prior maintenance experience—critical for proposing more practical, durable, and field-accessible solutions. Support other company departments by traveling to monitor ongoing projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Production / Mechatronics), Technology, or related fields, with a solid foundation in mechanical and electrical disciplines; complementary education is desirable. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems. Knowledge of electrical systems, including interpretation of diagrams, control panels, and system integration. Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks or Siemens NX. Willingness to travel for prototype monitoring, testing, and customer/partner support.
