Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining internal and external environments, furniture, and equipment, ensuring proper conditions for use and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of various physical spaces and furniture 2. Assisting in disinfection and organization of teaching environments 3. Performing cafeteria duties and managing cleaning supplies Description: Education: Completed elementary education or professional experience at the workplace, verified by employment record book (CTPS). Practical knowledge of general services. * Perform daily cleaning of furniture in internal and external physical spaces, such as circulation areas and courtyards, using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE) as instructed by the occupational safety technician; * Clean and maintain utensils, furniture, and kitchens under your responsibility, as well as general equipment, to keep them in proper working condition; * Assist in disinfecting tables, desks, and general furniture using 70% alcohol or similar products, following sanitization protocols, to serve classrooms and administrative departments; * Assist in relocating workbenches to active learning model classrooms, following faculty requests and scheduling, to support classroom activities; * Record classroom and laboratory disinfection periods on physical spreadsheets located on multimedia desks, for logging, control, and documentation; * Perform cafeteria duties, prepare coffee, distribute it into separate bottles labeled by department, and place them in the kitchen according to labeling; * Restock restrooms with toilet paper, towels, and soap; * Properly package and dispose of waste materials generated at your workplace; * Clean classrooms, laboratories, and other teaching-learning spaces, and arrange chairs, desks, and other furniture according to the original space layout or standards established by responsible personnel; * Periodically compile lists of cleaning supplies used in your daily routine and request replenishment from the Supervisor; * Periodically perform building area cleaning, including general cleaning of windows, doors, and glass surfaces, using floor polishers or floor cleaning machines, as scheduled by the Supervisor; * Maintain workplace facilities, clean and store cleaning equipment and supplies after use; * Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. 251204020218457500
