Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the vehicle fleet, including maintenance, budgeting, expense tracking, and driver performance evaluation. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of the fleet team and vehicle maintenance. 2. Detailed monitoring of fleet expenses and performance indicators. 3. Supplier negotiation and implementation of maintenance plans. **HG Transportadora Network is one of the companies comprising the HG Combustíveis Network, located in Governador Valadares\-MG. We have operated in the fuel and hazardous materials transportation sector since 2013\.** **Job Responsibilities:** * Fleet team management; * Development of the annual Maintenance account expense budget; * Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of expenses and fuel, AdBlue, maintenance, and tire consumption indicators, along with action plan development; * Scheduling of preventive maintenance for tractors and oil changes based on fleet mileage; * Semiannual preventive maintenance scheduling for trailers according to manufacturer guidelines and Ipiranga's MOVER program; * Preventive maintenance scheduling for steering geometry of tractors and trailers; * Training new drivers on refueling, maintenance, and checklists; * Decision-making and scheduling of corrective maintenance based on daily, weekly, and monthly checklist reports, coordinated with the Logistics and Executive Departments using the TRELLO platform; * Evaluation of active suppliers and sourcing of new parts and service providers; * Creation and maintenance of preventive maintenance plans on the Ticket Log website; * Negotiation of services and parts, and review/verification of quoted services—both digitally and in person at third-party workshops; * Approval of purchase orders (POs) in the HG system or service orders (SOs) in the Ticket Log system, per authorization level; * Implementation of daily and weekly follow\-up meetings with the Fleet team; * Validation of driver performance results; * Daily reporting of vehicles undergoing maintenance;
