Description: Responsible for administering servers, networks, and systems, ensuring the proper functioning, performance, and security of the entire IT environment. Provides technical support, performs continuous monitoring, and implements improvements to ensure infrastructure stability and efficiency. There are 5 vacancies available, with a hybrid work model until December (3 days per week on-site), transitioning to 100% on-site starting in January. The work schedule follows a 5x2 rotation, with the following shifts: * 4 vacancies: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM * 1 vacancy: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Responsibilities and Duties * Administer Windows and Linux servers, networks, and IT systems. * Monitor environment performance and availability. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Implement and configure infrastructure solutions. * Ensure data security and integrity. * Provide advanced-level technical support. * Document technical processes and procedures. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience administering Windows and Linux servers. * Knowledge of networking, firewalls, backup solutions, and information security. * Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V or similar). * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud). * Ability to resolve incidents and propose improvements. * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. 2512260202491152052
