**Job Purpose and Impact** -------------------------- **Fully operate process equipment in the control room and on the shop floor, collect samples, perform analyses, and record results.** **Responsible for executing production activities and controlling process variables.** **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * + **Monitor and control process stages (on the shop floor) and laboratory analysis results, verifying performance indicators and ensuring process and product quality.** + **Operate or request operation of process equipment on the shop floor by activating appropriate controls and ensuring compliance with pre\-established standard procedures.** + **Perform basic physical\-chemical analyses during the process flow to ensure quality.** + **Collect process samples for analysis, whether operational or laboratory-based.** + **Provide the team leader and area supervisor with information from the process and laboratory to support appropriate decision-making.** + **Record shift results and incidents in the daily production report and process control spreadsheets.** + **Perform and ensure cleanliness and organization of the production area.** + **Conduct inspections at Control Points and Critical Control Points per checklist; perform replacements, adjustments, and request maintenance as needed.** **Qualifications** ------------------ * **Completed high school education** * **Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) are a plus** * **Availability to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts), including weekends** * **Experience in production line operations.** At Cargill, every person matters.
