Description: General * Attractive commission policy, recognizing and valuing achieved results * Plan and carry out visits to agencies/markets, preparing opportunity reports and action plans to be presented to the Sales Management. * Guide and monitor accredited agencies to ensure delightful and differentiated customer service, providing feedback to managers on any anomalies. * Implement actions that contribute to achieving the NPS target of the Division. * Conduct mystery shopping and other research methods to identify opportunities in agencies and routes under their leadership. * Respond to customer complaints related to agencies and routes under their management, identifying and addressing root causes. * Handle impacts caused to customers by anomalies occurring during travel, reported by agencies, or act preventively so that customers are received with recovery alternatives. Ticket Sales Performance at Agencies * Distribute sales targets among agencies under their management. * Achieve or exceed sales targets for fares, interstate insurance, intermunicipal insurance, and excess baggage. * Improve quality-of-sale indicators: % return rate, % insurance conversion, % cancellation rate, % registration rate. * Promote connection sales based on opportunity mapping. * Engage and motivate agencies in sales incentives promoted by the Division, sharing progress updates, creating achievement plans, and recognizing top performers. * Assist and boost agency performance using digital tools such as: Digital Excess Baggage, Partner Portal, Zap Passagens, Portal das Artes, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp broadcast lists, and WhatsApp status. * Prospect new corporate clients through market analysis, aiming to close supply contracts for tickets. * Identify new sales point opportunities, including locations without authorized branches. * Carry out termination of contracts with legal representatives, including documentation procedures, system access blocking requests, collection of equipment and materials belonging to Águia Branca. * Hire legal representatives, including documentation procedures, system access requests, delivery of store kits, and onboarding into processes and service models. Boarding and Disembarking * Manage training for customer service and boarding teams, ensuring 100% knowledge of procedures and correct daily application. * Train staff on new features of updated versions of sales systems and other systems. * Conduct refresher training on procedures, customer service, sales, and digital tools to improve quality and performance. * Lead periodic meetings with agencies to present results, align challenges, integrate teams, identify opportunities, and define new actions. * Ensure agencies are correctly executing procedures, sales techniques, and scripts. * Analyze performance metrics for each agency under their management and collaborate with responsible parties to build improvement plans. Trade * Implement and enhance marketing activities in respective markets. * Ensure campaign activation in managed agencies, reporting with photos. * Monitor competitor actions at sales points and markets, requesting marketing countermeasures. * Identify regional media opportunities with good cost-benefit ratios and report them to marketing. * Report facade maintenance needs at agencies and lead point-of-sale change processes, requesting necessary resources from relevant departments. * Perform communication and legal notice checklists at agencies, coordinating with responsible departments to correct non-standard items. Support for Ticket Sales Agencies * Provide support on topics related to accounting and commission payments. * Support service operations at owned and accredited agencies during peak periods such as year-end holidays and public holidays. * Open support tickets for system errors, creation and deletion of logins. * Develop and follow a periodic schedule of agency visits. Route Network and Pricing * Support in operational route network planning and market pricing. Finance * Support the Finance team in invoice collections. Requirements: Requirements: * Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Previous experience in sales and customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work with BI and revenue analysis. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Negotiation skills. * Assertive communication. * Ability to manage routine tasks and focus on delivering results. Preferred Qualifications: * Courses in trade marketing, merchandising techniques, and logistics. * Knowledge of the bus transportation industry. * Experience in people management.
