Job Summary: Responsible for receiving clients and visitors, answering calls, organizing the reception area, assisting with events, and providing general administrative support, acting as a point of contact. Point of contact for information about services and products. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Receive clients and visitors, providing friendly and efficient service. * Answer and route telephone calls, taking messages when necessary. * Maintain an organized and presentable reception area, including control of office supplies and cleaning materials. * Assist in organizing events and internal activities, collaborating with various departments. * Manage incoming and outgoing mail and documents, distributing\-them as required. * Update and maintain visitor and client records, ensuring information confidentiality. * Provide general administrative support. * Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about the dealership's services and products. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer-facing roles; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and proactivity. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
