Location: Nova Lima, Minas Gerais, Brazil Work Schedule: Administrative Work Modality: Hybrid Contract Type: Indefinite-term Application Period: from (12/02/2026 to 23/02/2026) Required Qualifications: * Undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Proven advanced experience as a technical-functional analyst in SAP MM ECC or S4HANA and the Coupa platform, with direct involvement in production environments. * In-depth knowledge of Procurement processes, including purchasing, contracts, master data, approvals, goods receipt, integrations, and compliance. * Practical experience leading releases, performing functional testing, managing change control, and stabilizing production systems. * Solid experience with system governance, internal controls, auditing, segregation of duties, and access management. * Critical analytical ability, technical autonomy, and risk-, impact-, and operational stability-oriented approach. * Intermediate English proficiency for interaction with international teams and global suppliers. Desirable Qualifications: * Participation in Coupa and/or SAP S4HANA MM module implementation or rollout projects, with relevant functional involvement. * Participation in Coupa platform implementation, rollout, or evolution projects, especially in global or complex environments. Job Responsibilities and Activities: * Serve as the master functional focal point for Procurement systems, ensuring alignment among processes, business rules, internal policies, controls, and system configurations. * Support the Coupa platform as the primary Procurement system at an advanced functional level, including configuration, approval workflows, business rules, catalogs, suppliers, integrations, and functional administration. * Complementarily support functional maintenance of SAP MM S4HANA, ensuring adherence to Procurement processes, controls, integrations, and audit requirements. * Functionally lead Coupa platform releases, including impact analysis, scope definition, execution and coordination of functional testing, production validation, user communication, and post-release stabilization support. * Analyze SAP MM and Coupa releases and enhancements, assessing risks, operational impacts, technical dependencies, and compliance with current standards and controls. * Administer, review, and validate access rights and user profiles in SAP and Coupa, ensuring segregation of duties, compliance, traceability, and readiness for internal and external audits. * Execute, document, and monitor SOX and non-SOX controls related to Procurement systems—including access controls, system changes, evidence collection, and periodic reviews. * Analyze recurring incidents and systemic issues, conduct root cause analyses, and propose structural solutions in collaboration with IT and technology vendors. * Develop functional specifications, support the improvement backlog, and participate in prioritizing system-related demands based on risk, operational impact, and business value. * Act as a mature technical-functional interface with IT and vendors, capable of independently discussing configurations, integrations, technical limitations, and solution alternatives without exclusive reliance on technical teams. * Support training, clarify complex queries, communicate changes, and assist key Procurement users. * Contribute to governance, curation, and compliance of Procurement systems with corporate standards, policies, and regulations. * Support, per Center of Excellence (CoE) prioritization, functional maintenance and governance of satellite systems within the Vale Basic Metals Procurement ecosystem—such as catalog, analytics, onboarding, risk, or integration solutions—according to each tool’s maturity level.
