Job Summary: Lead and develop Technology and Product teams, defining the system architecture and technological infrastructure of a fintech focused on scalability and security. Key Highlights: 1. Transforming business strategies into scalable technological solutions Description: * Prior experience in fintechs, credit institutions, payment processors, digital banks, or FIDCs. * Proven track record leading technical and product teams (minimum 5 years in senior management roles). * Deep expertise in system architecture, APIs, cloud, DevOps, and information security. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and digital product management. * Demonstrated ability to transform business strategies into scalable technological solutions. * Lead and develop Technology and Product teams, ensuring strategic alignment and a high-performance culture. * Define and evolve the fintech's system architecture and technological infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency. * Serve as the primary bridge between technology and business, bringing the customer's voice to the center of product decisions. * Ensure continuous delivery of new products, features, and improvements using agile methodologies and modern product management practices. * Implement and enhance technical and product performance metrics (OKRs, SLA, NPS, uptime, etc.). * Lead the technological innovation agenda, monitoring trends and applicable solutions in the financial and payments sectors. * Collaborate in defining the fintech's long-term strategy, contributing technical and product insights to new business models and partnerships. 2511130202461865471
