We specialize in developing robust, secure solutions aligned with business needs, always emphasizing continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional development.*** *We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Development team and contribute to building, evolving, and maintaining systems, actively participating in the company’s strategic projects.* **Position Responsibilities** * Develop and deploy systems, from requirements gathering through final delivery * Participate in defining architecture, data modeling, and development standards * Write, version control, and track commits and releases (Git) * Create and maintain technical and functional documentation * Participate in sprints, backlog grooming, and technical solution definition * Administer and monitor application environments and databases * Provide technical support to the support team * Research and propose innovations, process improvements, and new technologies * Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders **Requirements** Mandatory: * Bachelor's degree in Technology (in progress); * Minimum 4 years of experience in system development. * Proficiency in: * Java 8 / Java EE * Hibernate and JPA * Angular * JavaScript and TypeScript * HTML and CSS * SQL Server * Version control (Git) Desirable: * Completed bachelor's degree; * More than 6 years of experience; * Knowledge of Docker, NginX, N8N, Jira, Android Studio, Query, and Project Management. **Behavioral Competencies** * Systemic and analytical thinking * Organization, planning, and clear communication * Customer focus and results orientation * Creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement * Commitment, professional ethics, and teamwork Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.181,92 \- R$7\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work for Belo Horizonte, MG
