Description
We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to work at our construction site, performing the following daily tasks:
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and provide technical support to the electrical team;
* Assign and monitor activities according to the schedule;
* Schedule vacations, days off, and overtime for the team;
* Request materials and components required for maintenance;
* Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance;
* Monitor operational procedures and safety standards;
* Verify documentation and complete daily activity reports;
* Monitor the service life of electroelectronic components;
* Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety;
* Comply with quality, environmental, health, safety, and social responsibility standards.
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Completed High School; completed Technical Education in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or related fields;
* **Technical Skills:** Prior experience as an Electrical Supervisor or leading an electrical team;
* **Behavioral Skills:** People management and problem-solving skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and good communication.
