Together, we always deliver our best. **\#VemPraDasa \#DasaLovers \#VemSerDasa** **Important:** We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Our talents transform—and we \#GrowTogetherAtDasa** **Responsibilities and Duties** About the Position The professional will work in Dasa’s **Private Business Unit**, focusing on **sustaining and growing private revenue**—i.e., revenue not involving health insurance operators—while supporting the operations of units under their responsibility. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and track key indicators (KPIs) related to private revenue, supporting unit performance analysis. * Support visits to regional units, contributing to identifying improvement opportunities and relationship-building actions. * Support the execution and monitoring of commercial initiatives aimed at growing private revenue. * Assist in developing and monitoring action plans with units, focusing on engagement and results. * Support implementation of projects and actions defined for the private business, ensuring alignment with operational units. * Contribute to preparing periodic performance reports, including results and performance analyses. * Participate in meetings with administrative and operational areas, supporting team alignment. * Act as a support in disseminating a relationship-oriented culture and results-driven orientation across units. **Requirements and Qualifications** To transform healthcare, you need: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (indicator analysis and presentations); * Experience in field visits and cultural expansion is a plus; * Knowledge of behavior change and sales management; * Healthcare market knowledge is a plus; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Recife – PE.
