If you seek a dynamic environment where your initiative and skills will be valued, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Support and accompany field technicians. * Confirm appointments and addresses with customers. * Guide technicians on questions arising during service calls. * Manage service routes and monitor daily productivity. * Record service orders in the internal system and provide support to the technical supervisor. * Use internal systems and Claro operator systems. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Must reside in Bauru. * Experience in administrative routines — *may be a plus.* * Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and communication skills.
