Job Summary: The Construction Assistant supports the foreman in leading the team, ensuring that construction work proceeds according to the project plan, managing materials, and guaranteeing quality and timely completion of tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in team leadership and supervision on construction sites. 2. Ensuring construction execution in accordance with design specifications and quality standards. 3. Contributing to production targets and workplace safety. Assist the construction foreman in leading the construction team and all operations, ensuring synergy between operations and coordination during daily activities, maintaining quality standards, achieving set goals, and fostering effective communication. Ensure construction execution in accordance with the project plan by verifying operational activities performed by direct or third-party employees, as well as controlling, organizing, and applying materials at their designated locations, as previously established. Promote achievement of production targets set by the Production Coordinator, ensuring quality and timely operational execution of projects, while also contributing to implementation of occupational safety measures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify completed work to ensure adherence to operational procedures. * Guide the operational team using project documentation and operational procedures to guarantee service quality. * Supervise and monitor activity progress to ensure alignment with the schedule. * Monitor task execution and review potential discrepancies to ensure correct implementation. * Perform other duties related to this position, as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Solid knowledge of civil construction is required. * Must reside in Bauru, SP. * Proven experience in this role or in related functions.
