We are seeking a **Sugar Production Operator I** to join the **EAB** team in **Barra Bonita - SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:** * Operating equipment for cane juice treatment and sugar production; * Monitoring basic process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, level); * Performing cleaning, organization, and minor operational adjustments; * Assisting during process startups and shutdowns; * Completing operational records and checklists; * Following safety rules and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 5x1 schedule; * Residency in Barra Bonita, Igaraçu do Tietê, Jaú, Macatuba, Dois Córregos, Mineiros do Tietê, Lençóis Paulista, or São Manuel - SP; **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application – completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview – an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview – a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
