Manage inventory and material requirements. **Description:** The Production Planning and Control (PPC) Specialist is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production to ensure timely delivery, process efficiency, and accurate execution of work orders. We seek a professional with autonomy and expertise in the field who can actively contribute to organizational and production efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule production; * Verify approved budgets and warranties; * Schedule approved work orders, respecting lead time deadlines; * Dispatch and track equipment sent to third parties; * Coordinate with the commercial team to align production priorities; * Monitor and track production progress to ensure adherence to the plan; * Accurately enter data into control spreadsheets; * Prepare production monitoring and performance reports; * Manage inventory and material requirements; * Update and monitor departmental KPIs. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in PPC; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience with management systems (ERP); * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Knowledge of productivity indicator analysis.
