The Junior Accounting Assistant is responsible for financial reconciliations, advance payment verifications, and expense control, using Excel for data analysis.

### **JUNIOR ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Perform payment reconciliations and monetary updates and interest calculations in general;
* Verify open advances related to suppliers, including monitoring correct system postings and confirming clearance of pending entries;
* Conversion into Excel spreadsheets;
* Generate Excel spreadsheets containing supplier ledgers for balance reconciliation against the monthly Accounts Payable position (FINANCE);
* Correct automatic entries (Input Tax Invoices / Accounts Payable / Bank Control);
* Customer account reconciliation and analysis, including:
* Generate Excel spreadsheets containing commercial customer ledgers for balance reconciliation against the monthly Accounts Receivable position (FINANCE);
* Correct automatic entries (Output Tax Invoices / Accounts Receivable / Bank Control);
* Insurance expense control and reconciliation, including:
* Receipt of insurance policies;
* Preparation and inclusion in company-specific control spreadsheets;
* Reconciliation of bank current accounts and investment accounts with respective statements, ensuring proper accounting of earnings, IRRF, and IOF.
**EDUCATION:** Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields (currently pursuing preferred).
**COMPETENCIES:** Practical knowledge of Excel.
