




Description: What are the requirements? * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office E3 tools; * It will be a differential to have knowledge of digital tools functionalities (Chat Bot, Virtual Agent and Pagou Fácil); * Basic knowledge in Power BI is desirable; * Higher education or technical degree in technology or related fields is desirable; * Basic understanding of database tools (SQL and PostgreSQL, API) is desirable; * Basic knowledge in programming languages (Python, Rscript) is desirable; * Familiarity with agile methodology tools (Planner, Trello, Azure, Visual Task (Service Now)) is desirable; * Experience in platform development is desirable; * Basic knowledge of logic and mathematics is desirable. Work in the Digital Solutions area, managing and evolving digital tools such as chatbot, virtual agent, and Pagou Fácil. The professional will be responsible for tracking requests, analyzing indicators, and identifying improvements, ensuring efficiency and quality of digital channels.
