Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform manual silvicultural activities in forest establishment and maintenance processes, ensuring compliance with company-established safety, quality, and productivity parameters; * Control pests, diseases, and weeds according to specific technical instructions for each activity; * Assist in supply, loading, and unloading of inputs, equipment, and implements; * Carry out eradication of exotic species in plots and reserves, following technical instructions; * Support organization of living quarters and the work environment; * Safeguard compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) — covering Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety — as well as the 5S methodology, and contribute to continuous improvement programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete Elementary Education / Literate; * Prior experience or exposure to agricultural activities or related fields is desirable; * Must reside in Agudos, Borebi, Duartina, or Cabrália Paulista/SP. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
