If this describes you, take a look at what we have to offer! As a Production Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing construction execution, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost. You will monitor and perform activities in the field of civil engineering, including project development, construction control, and identification of improvements to the schedule and physical progress, aiming to prepare you for the planned professional role and enhance your knowledge of the company’s business, products, or services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise service execution, ensuring quality according to company-defined standards. * Monitor physical progress of the construction project using the specific schedule, ensuring expected progress. * Accompany the manager in meetings with field teams and suppliers to align activity scheduling, identify possible deviations, and develop action plans for correction. * Assist in preparing supplier measurement spreadsheets using specific documentation for manager approval. * Ensure compliance with Safety Regulations on site, following parameters outlined in NR18 and other applicable regulations, to mitigate accidents. * Identify needs for material procurement and service contracting, schedule material deliveries and commencement of activities per the construction schedule, to ensure timely project progress. * Ensure construction adherence to internal and external support area audits, following company procedures and standards, to remain aligned with project goals. * Populate departmental KPIs by gathering relevant analyses for performance measurement and improvement. * Guide and support assistants in their tasks whenever requested. * Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Preferred Academic Background** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, completed more than 3 years ago. **Required Experience** 3 or more years in this role or in related functions. **Desired Courses/Knowledge** * Microsoft Office Suite * AutoCAD * Safety Regulations (specific) * Technical Standards (specific), Project Drawing Interpretation **Additional Information** **Benefits \- What We Offer?** **Transportation Allowance** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** R$ 31.80 per business day; **Wellz:** Mental health support at your fingertips! **Wellhub/Gympass:** Your well-being first!
