EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in user support and assistance Skills Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally; Knowledge of installation, configuration, and operation of operating systems and various applications for the MS-Windows environment, such as office suites, web browsers, Java, etc.; Ability to remain calm, tolerant, and professional when dealing with situations outside standard procedures and routines; Ability to readily adapt to established rules and regulations; Dynamism and flexibility to provide user support Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
