Excellence in customer service and adherence to SLA deadlines **Position: Junior Technician – Multifunction Printer Maintenance \| NEOENERGIA / Ricoh Brasil** **Location:** ParkShopping Corporate Building, Tower 1 \- 4th Floor, SMA S/N, Block A, Track 1, CEP 71\.219\-900 \- Brasília DF **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 **Employment Type:** CLT **Job Mission:** We seek a committed and proactive **Junior Technician** to perform **multifunction printer maintenance**, ensuring full equipment functionality and customer satisfaction through high-quality, agile, and effective technical support. * ️ **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on multifunction printers; * Carry out **installation, uninstallation, and configuration** of local and network printers; * Diagnose technical failures and propose and implement **effective solutions**; * Request **replacement parts, maintenance kits, and consumables**, as needed; * Replace toner, clean equipment, and perform **technical adjustments**; * Configure network printers (**IP addressing, driver installation, and connectivity**); * Update equipment **firmware and software**, when necessary; * Complete **technical reports** and maintain inventory control of spare parts; * Ensure **excellence in customer service** and compliance with SLA deadlines. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in **Electroelectronics, Microelectronics, Computer Science**, or **Computer Networks**; * Prior experience in **printer maintenance** (inkjet, laser, and thermal); * Knowledge of **driver and network configuration** (USB, Wi\-Fi, Ethernet); * Familiarity with **Windows and Linux operating systems**; * Basic understanding of **inventory control** and **technical service ticket management**. **At Ricoh, we believe technology is created by people and for people.
