Description: Professional Profile: * Hold a completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or any other field provided the candidate has a minimum specialization of 360 (three hundred and sixty) hours in IT, proven by diploma and/or completion certificate recognized by MEC. * Have experience in Technical Support activities in network infrastructure and/or servers and Linux/Unix operating systems projects. Must hold one or more of the following certifications or possess postgraduate qualification (MBA or specialization): * VMWare (VCP); * Storage Administrator; * Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA); * Linux (LPI); Extensive knowledge in: * Clustering and high availability; * Knowledge of hardware and security software inherent to integrated infrastructure for data, voice, and image services; * Knowledge in Internet, Intranet, Proxy administration, and connectivity equipment such as: Enterasys Switches, Cisco Routers, and others; * Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP; * Experience in hyperconverged environments; * Container orchestrators such as Kubernetes or OpenStack; * Knowledge in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure VDI (CITRIX and others); * Knowledge in functional management areas: fault, accounting, configuration, performance, and security; * Mastery of hardware, security software, and connectivity equipment; * Development of contingency plans; * Experience with application servers Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, Web server Apache tuning; * Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL; * Experience creating VBScript scripts; * VMWare products such as: VMware vCenter Server, VMware vRealize Operations, VMware vRealize Log Insight, VMware vRealize Automation, and VMware vRealize Business for Cloud; * Experience administering Nutanix hyperconvergence: (Hyperconverged Infrastructure: AOS, Prism Central, AHV, Nutanix Move, Nutanix Files); * Experience administering desktop virtualization (VDI) products such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, etc; * Experience with VPNs; * Experience with WebAccelerators and Application Delivery Web (BigIP F5); * Experience in printer sharing, file sharing, permissioning, and related tasks; * Experience in encryption and digital certificates, Certificate Authorities, and related topics; * Experience in sizing, designing, installing networks using low and high-speed channels; * Experience with EMC and NetApp storage tools; * Experience with LAN and WAN network technologies; * Installation and configuration of Apache (Web Server); * Tuning and monitoring of the entire environment; * Virtualization of Linux servers; * Experience administering cloud-based services; Summary Description: Develop and implement computerized systems by defining system requirements and functionality, specifying architecture, selecting development tools, specifying programs, and coding applications.
