Junior/Mid-Level Node Developer at BairesDev Being a Junior/Mid-Level Node Developer on our development team is like being a full-time problem solver. We expect your skills to combine experience, knowledge, and independence. Innovation is also central to BairesDev’s strategy. Therefore, if you are willing to tackle the most complex tasks and become a master in your technology or language — namely, Node — you are likely who we are looking for. Your responsibilities will include: * Architecting Bandit backend systems using best practices. * Implementing and iterating features tactically and at a rapid pace. * Collaborating efficiently within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. * Designing, extending, and implementing APIs. * Maintaining high engineering quality standards through code reviews, unit tests, and analyses. * Taking ownership of automation and tool development. * Defining engineering processes for product releases. We expect you to have: * 2\+ years of experience with Node. * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. * Experience with Microservices and Cloud. * Advanced knowledge of algorithms. * Knowledge of IT infrastructure. * Intermediate Agile methodology management. * Understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions. * Knowledge of Design Patterns. * Experience in application development. * Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with version control. * Advanced English proficiency.
