




Job Summary: An IT professional focused on software and hardware support, IT process management, and infrastructure maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on preventive maintenance and technological improvement **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **SOFTWARE SUPPORT** * Installation, configuration, and support for corporate, productivity, development, and operating system software; **HARDWARE SUPPORT** * Support, installation, and maintenance of equipment (computers, peripherals, telephony, and components); * Configuration and maintenance of network and connectivity devices; **IT PROCESS MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT** * Planning and improvement of IT support processes; * Management of assets, service requests (Service Desk), and infrastructure; * Monitoring of systems, networks, and Windows/AD environments; * Implementation of technological improvements and innovation; **INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT** * Installation, organization, and maintenance of structured cabling and racks; * Support for physical network and telecommunications infrastructure; **PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE** * Preventive maintenance of equipment and software; * Verification, testing, cleaning, and standardization of the IT environment. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical education in Information and Communication fields; * Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, electronics, or telecommunications within large enterprises; **MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE:** * Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, or Telecommunications; * Microsoft certification (MCP, MCDST, or equivalent); * Experience in microcomputer and peripheral maintenance; * Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 9000, and Outlook; **ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Security certifications (CEH, CISM); * Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python); * Networking, Active Directory, backup, and structured cabling; * Databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and SQL; * System integration (APIs, web services); * Experience with ERPs (SAP, TOTVS, Protheus) and ITSM tools.
