Most importantly, someone deeply passionate about what they do — just like us!!!! **OUR DAILY WORK WILL INCLUDE:** * Managing and optimizing MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance and security, while serving as a team reference; * Assisting the full-stack PHP, Laravel, and Bootstrap 4 development team in delivering high-quality projects; * Actively participating in the creative process during discussions of new projects; * Promoting best coding practices and reviewing code to ensure quality and security, while maintaining comprehensive documentation; * Designing and reviewing solutions proposed by developers; * Acting as the interface between the infrastructure and development teams, supporting the entire creative process of new projects — including problem resolution and development of new features; * Holding meetings to understand requirements, demands, or simply clarify what needs to be done to proceed with tasks or projects; * Managing the software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and review; * Collaborating on planning, deadlines, and priorities; * Writing, testing, and debugging code; * Developing and delivering high-quality software architecture and design; * Building tools and applications with clean and efficient code; * Programming in PHP with quality and best practices; * Participating in product SQUADs, contributing ideas for improvement; * Preventing, identifying, and resolving code issues; * Helping translate strategic management requirements into technical tasks for the engineering team; * Researching new tools and/or services available in the market for application in new projects. (Research and study will be a constant requirement for this role); * Maintaining and refactoring existing software; * Actively using demand control and management tools to foster self-management and proactivity; * Reporting to the department manager on project progress, issue investigation, improvement needs, and security incidents; YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF n8n
