**Job Description:** ---------------------- Support the company’s administrative activities, assisting in the execution of operational and organizational routines. Perform organization, control, and archiving of physical and digital documents. Assist in completing, updating, and verifying information in systems, spreadsheets, and forms. Provide support for daily administrative routines, as directed by the responsible team. Support the development of internal controls, simple reports, and administrative records. Assist in internal customer service, organizing requests and forwarding inquiries. Contribute to organizing files, schedules, materials, and departmental routines. Comply with internal procedures, company administrative policies, and guidelines.
