After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform **mixing and dosing of raw materials/components** in the correct proportions, following technical specifications and the required quality profile for the product (formulation/process stage, prior to packaging). * Ensure **dosage accuracy**, as errors at this stage may result in out-of-specification products and significant material losses. * Act as **first-line technical support** in the process area, identifying and helping resolve daily operational issues. * Support uninterrupted production during the shift in which you are assigned. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical knowledge of product mixing/formulation processes (mandatory). * Proactive behavioral profile, with analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Minimum estimated prior experience of **2 years**. * Previous experience in **batch preparation**. * Degree in **Chemistry** (preferred). * Previous experience in **batch preparation**. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
