Job Summary: A technical professional responsible for preparing reports, developing managerial presentations, and providing administrative support to Planning, Scheduling, and Maintenance teams, ensuring process compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare reports and controls for management and maintenance departments 2. Develop managerial presentations to support decision-making 3. Support Planning, Scheduling, and Maintenance teams in systems **Description:** Completed Technical Education (in Electrical, Electronics, Automation and Control, or Telecommunications); Driver's License Category B; Reside in Mogi Mirim / Mogi Guaçu. Prepare weekly reports for Management by extracting data from SAP, DocNix, and other systems to assist the management team in decision-making. Prepare reports and controls for Planning and Scheduling departments and Maintenance departments, aligned with Motiva’s unit maintenance processes, to meet existing administrative requirements. Develop managerial presentations by consolidating materials and validating content, delivering a finalized product to Management. Open service requests/tickets/requests/orders in support systems (e.g., SAP, Service Desk, Central de Cadastros, etc.) to create, add, modify, or query information in support systems, thereby supporting Planning, Scheduling, and Maintenance teams in their processes/systems. Ensure accurate expense verification in cost centers and petty cash funds to facilitate procurement of materials/services and cover other expenses/needs of Planning, Scheduling, and Maintenance teams. Open invoices/purchase orders in SAP as required, based on field-provided information/reports (Field Support and Maintenance), ensuring all field-identified issues are properly recorded in SAP to minimize potential penalties or fines imposed by the Conceding Authority. Perform activities in accordance with Motiva’s Golden Rules to prevent unsafe behaviors and contribute to comprehensive prevention and monitoring of work routines. Contribute to proper waste management at the workplace, based on awareness of environmental aspects and impacts related to one’s activities and in accordance with the unit’s established standards. 2512250202491882239
